Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should an item be damaged we will require photographic evidence of damage to the parcel and contents which we can then present to Royal Mail or the Courier.

If for any reason the goods have been damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to pay for any return shipping fee.

Non Clothing

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have  14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
and 14 days to return it after the request has been accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with the original contents and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the item order number. Please include this in the return.

There are certain circumstances where only a part refund would be granted (if applicable)

1) Items with obvious signs of use.

2) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packing

Make sure the item has been packaged safely and securely .You are ultimately responsible for it getting returned in the condition it was sent. There are insurances that cover this that may cost extra depending on the value or the package.

Most couriers include a £20 content cover but charge for more valuable items.

Please return items in original packing where possible and not use oversized packaging.

If it gets lost then you need to contact the courier/Post Office to enquire and to claim as the fault will then lie with them.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the item order number. Please include this in the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Clothing
